This chocolate dessert is not only delicious but healthy at the same time. It's all because of we use cacao. Cacao is the purest form of chocolate you can consume, which means it is raw and much less processed than cocoa powder or chocolate bars. Cacao is thought to be the highest source of antioxidants of all foods and the highest source of magnesium of all foods. Whenever you make anything 'chocolate', remember to use cacao for the extra health benefit.
- 400ml coconut cream
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder if preferred)
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- cacao flakes
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
- Pour into 4-6 serving glasses. Sprinkle with cacao flakes if you like.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
